ThumbPrint acquires Superior Signs and Graphics
Asset purchase provides Thumbprint and Superior customers
with one-stop shopping for color printing, graphics and signage
April 6, 2006 (Simi Valley, CA): ThumbPrint, a Simi Valley based digital imaging company announced today it has acquired the strategic assets of Superior Signs and Graphics, also located in Simi Valley. The purchase is effective immediately and terms were not disclosed.
Superior Signs and Graphics was a leading producer of commercial signage including vinyl lettering and vehicle wraps, billboards, decals, store-front lettering through the use of high quality Solvent printing technologies.
“This purchase is a win-win for both our, and Superior Signs’ customers” Said Kenny Miller, President and CEO of Thumbprint. “With our combination of digital printing assets for full color flyers, business cards, stationary and signs, combined with these assets for large format signage, adhesive signs and store signage, businesses now only need to make one phone call for their entire printed marketing package” Miller stated.
“Our customers were demanding that we be able to provide a one-stop shop, and we delivered with this acquisition”, said Miller.
Customers of Superior Signs will see no interruption in service and Thumbprint is already receiving calls and processing Superior Signs orders.
