ThumbPrint Hosts Simi Valley Chamber of Commerce Mixer Event
On November 29th, 2007 ThumbPrint hosted the Simi Valley Chamber Mixer at ThumbPrint's corporate office in Simi Valley, CA. This event was a huge success with many attendees, including Chamber members and current ThumbPrint clients. Upon arrival to the event guests enjoyed the ambience of outdoor lighting and elegantly covered cocktail tables. Guests enjoyed the assorted drinks, including beers and wines, which were provided courtesy of a full service bar. Dinner was catered by Tapatio, a delicious authentic Mexican restaurant that prepared fresh tacos on site. This Mexican cuisine was nicely paired with Mexican music and decor.
During the event Kenny Miller (owner) and Becky Castelo (operations manager) provided small group tours of the facility to educate guests about company services. In particular, a main focus of the tour was on the technology of printed vinyl graphics. For example vehicle graphics and wraps, wall murals, full color outdoor banners, real estate signs and canvas prints. Additional services discussed included color copies, black and white copies and binding services.
Before the night ended, a drawing took place in which ThumbPrint and other business owners, that donated gifts, drew attendees' business cards to announce the winners. This offered the opportunity for those who donated gifts to give a brief description of their products and services as well.
As a whole it was an enjoyable social event that offered business men and women from the community an opportunity to network.
